Exact appoints Phill Robinson as new CEO
Exact appoints Phill Robinson (51) as its new Chief Executive Officer. He will be responsible for Exact’s strategy, operations and M&A. Phill will succeed Erik van der Meijden (57) starting immediately.
Phill has worked for some of the most successful enterprise software companies in Europe, as well as working at a strategic level in the US. He has been part of the management teams for Oracle, Sybase, Siebel and salesforce.com and was most recently CEO and Chairman of IRIS Software, the UKs leading provider of accountancy & payroll software.

After having led Exact as CEO since 2012, Erik van der Meijden has decided to leave Exact to pursue other opportunities.
